The world is living a more dangerous and most likely longer war than people can possibly think – the circumstances are all aligning to make these times even harder than the years of the Cold War. The presence of foreign malicious agents in national democracies are notorious and devastating. The pariah States, which openly decries democracy and declare freedom as their priority target, are infiltrating in crucial bodies and agencies of democratic governments. In Europe, foreign influence in national politics have been an (apparently) unstoppable trend – Russia, China and their proxies (like Iran and LATAM bolivarist-castrist-chavist regimes) have the capacity to dictate some major european public policies at their behest. At the same time, they are able to get the most out of democracies’s weaknesses, elevating their criminal regimes in the eyes of national public opinions. The appeasement of their criminal regimes becomes, therefore, directly proportional to the distrust of people on democracies and to their disbelief in the merits of liberty. Russia’s intel services have understood this long time ago: therefore, they created a huge network of conscious and unconscious assets within portuguese key decision-making centers. The same happened in Spain – FSB and GRU have an iberian strategy. And they do not work alone: russian intelligence services have the collaboration of their LATAM allies in Iberia, mostly from Cuba and Ecuador (venezuelan intel services work with the cubans there).
Ecuador has been particularly active in Iberian Peninsula, since they are more discrete, low profile, yet energetic and very infiltrated in the Academia. I have already written about how Ecuador’s intel services set up a trap to frame David Morales and blame the CIA for the fantasy of “spy activities” on Julian Assange at the Ecuador’s Embassy in London. José Angel Duarte Arriza, a person who holds two passports (from Ecuador and Spain) and who used to work with David Morales, betrayed his former business partner in order to be gain full control of the spanish security and intel company – and to be recruited to Ecuador’s intel services. José Angel Duarte Arriza was a politically actie young boy in Jerez de la Frontera, Murcia, Spain – he had become very close to far-left political party PODEMOS, whose “historic” leader, Pablo Iglesias, is very admired by the iranian Ayatollahs and Nicolas Maduro’s regime. Pablo Iglesias benefited from donations made by groups linked to Putin’s regime.

The intermediary was Rafael Correa’s ecuadorian intel services – Rafael Correa was given protection by Putin and, as a quid pro quo, Rafael Correa instructed all his intel services to work for Putin’s best interests. One of the missions of ecuadorian agents operating in Spain was to promote Russia’s assets in Spain (and Portugal, with Boaventura de Sousa Santos, master of Alexandre Teixeira Neto Guerreiro- Putin’s boy in the portuguese government,Coimbra, at the very top of their strategy), including “making the money circulating” to the parties and politicians supported by the Kremlin. Besides that, Rafael Correa’s ecuadorian intel services manipulate their assets to undertake massive campaigns against the United States and the CIA to foster the rising “anti-americanism” feeling in Europe. José Angel Duarte Arriza understood that the CIA was Kremlin’s number one target and Ecuador was the country manipulated by Putin to protect Julian Assange without getting Russia (officially) involved in the process. Rafael Correa was dependent on Putin’s goodwill – so Correa was literally Putin’s puppet or, for some people who know him very well, Putin’s little obedient puppy. It is no coincidence that Rafael Correa protected both Julian Assange and Edward Snowden at Putin’s request. The goal was to collect the classified intel about the USA and NATO’s operations. Oddly, the european politicians have defended Julian Assange – if only they knew the information Julian Assange criminally hacked bout them, including about portuguese and spanish politicians, they would certainly change their minds…
Well, in 2017, after Julian Assange case had erupted, José Angel Duarte Arriza started to infiltrate himself on behalf of the ecuadorian intel services in a spanish education company owned by Manuel Gonzalez Folgado. See again the ecuadorian (Rafael Correa) intel services methodology – to expand its presence and influence in universities, research centers and any company related to educational services. Precisely in 2017, when José Angel Duarte Arriza was increasing his influence in Ecuador’s intel services, Manuel Gonzalez Folgado made the favor to him to write a piece attacking the CIA and defending Julian Assange’s wikileaks. Manuel Gonzalez Folgado wrote that the CIA is a malign intel agency, with criminal, irresponsible and limitless spying operations- That the CIA is the example of what an intel agency must not be, the anti-example of an “ethical” intelligence agency. To sharp the contrast between CIA (the bad, criminal intelligence agency!) and Ecuador (Rafael Correa)’s intelligence services (the good ones, for Manuel Gonzalez Folgado), the self proclaimed President of INISEG, Manuel Gonzalez Folgado, praises Wikileaks – forgetting (intentionally) that “Wikileaks”, which is described by Gonzalez Folgado as a platform “without censorship”, is a result of criminal, unethical and limitless intel (hacking) operation…

Then, Manuel Gonzalez Folgado goes on, highlighting that many companies which produce electronic devices have agreements with the CIA to spy on everyone. Wow! The CIA has special deals with hackers worldwide to intrude into everyone’s houses. Manuel Gonzalez Folgado warns you that you can be on your bed, you can be on the bathroom doing whatever it may be and… the CIA is watching you! Watch out! According to Manuel Gonzalez Folgado, INISEG’s director, the CIA is following you even to the toilet!
Why Manuel Gonzalez Folgado writes this? It is simple: to attack the CIA, to pray the “anti-America” gospell to his clients – and to do a favor to Ecuador’s (and, thus, Russia’s) intelligence services. Manuel Gonzalez Folgado was trying to charm the Ecuador intel services to his company INISEG so that Ecuador could invest in his company and open doors in LATAM countries (especially in Panama). After this article written by Manuel Gonzalez Folgado to please Ecuador and Rafael Correa (while attacking the CIA and spreading fake news about CIA’s operations to sabotage Freedom World’s security), José Angel Duarte Arriza – a Ecuador’s intel services agent and very close to Rafael Correa who invented the fake news story about CIA’s spy on Julian Assange directly from the Embassy of Ecuador in London. This is a hoax created by Russia’s propaganda machine and spread by Rafael Correa’s Ecuador and their moles in European governments, academia and media. Needless to say that, as a reward for Manuel Gonzalez Folgado’s attacks against the CIA, José Angel Duarte Arriza (Ecuador –Rafael Correa – intelligence services) became Manuel Gonzalez Folgado’s business partner in INISEG, as well as in other businesses (for example, an app to read biometrical data from airport passengers which would allow Ecuador and Russia to collect personal data of individuals from many countries).

INISEG is the perfect cover up for Ecuador’s intelligence services: every activitiy is justified as “academic/educational liberty” and grants to José Angel Duarte Arriza close connection (infiltration in) to spanish security forces and intelligence to protect him in case some cover operation for Ecuador (Rafael Correa)/Russia goes worng. Also, as a reward for José Angel Duarte Arriza’s attacks against the CIA and execution of infiltration operations in spanish agencies, as a colleague from TOTAL NEWS AGENCY has already reported, he was selected to manage the security of all the Ecuador’s Embassies in Europe. Being an enemy of America and the Free World pays off in Pariah states, like Russia and Russia’s little puppy Rafael Correia’s land.

How can a so called President of a Security studies company attack the intelligence agency which has done more for Free World’s security (the CIA) – while embracing Rafael Correa and Russia’s intelligence services which threatens and hurts our cherished liberties and fundamental rights? This fake news article written by Manuel Gonzalez Folgado – using Russia’s desinformation tactics, just to smear the CIA and humiliate the United States of America – is very, very serious.
