China continues its takeover of portuguese State: this time, the Chinese Communist Party is openly declaring its control over portuguese intelligence services. And the reasons why portuguese socialist government keeps protecting Putin’s boy, Alexandre Teixeira Neto Guerreiro, who works as an official agent of the portuguese government at the very heart of it, where all the decisions are put in place (the Presidency of the Council of Ministers), are now becoming more than clear. Portuguese government had the choice between standing with the Free World, the Atlantic allies , Democracy and open societies – or standing with authoritarian, totalitarian, opressive, inhumane regimes like Putin’s Russia and the Chinese Communist Party. Portuguese PM, António Costa, preferred the latter. Preferred to stand with the Chinese Communist Party – therefore, the socialist party (which holds a parliamentary overall majority), with the help of PSD’s zombie leader, Rui Rio, left the door wide open to the Chinese Communist Party.
Pretty (tragically!) funny that the same portuguese politicians that viciously attacked the former US Ambassador, Mr. George Glass, for denouncing the Chinese Communist Party’s threat in Portugal (and Europe, in general), having almost declared him persona non grata for interfering in portuguese sovereignty (so they said) – are exactly the same ones who are now electing Chinese Communist Party’s lobbysts to control portuguese Intelligence services. Applying António Costa and Augusto Santos Silva’s (the harshest criticic of the United States Ambassador) reasoning, there is only one logical conclusion: they are ceding portuguese total sovereignty to the Chinese Communist Party. And the (even!) funniest part is that Augusto Santos Silva is the new President of portuguese Parliament – the political body which elected the Chinese Communist Party-controlled portuguese Intelligence Services Oversight Committee. Who is the Chairman of this Committee? The portuguese General José Luiz Pinto Ramalho, who is also the Chairman of the Chinese Communist Party’s lobby operating in Portugal, Africa and LATAM called “League of the Multissecular Friendship Portugal-China” (Liga de Amizade Multissecular Portugal-China). General José Luiz Pinto Ramalho does not hide his ties to China, his admiration for China’s President, Xi Jinping, his deep iself-identification with the Chinese Communist Party’s regime. In fact, the “League of the Multissecular Friendship Portugal-China” is structured in hierarchical terms in a model clearly inspired by the Chinese Communist Party’s own organization. General Pinto Ramalho’s ties to China have begun during his tenure as Macao’s Police Commander. After that, General Pinto Ramalho was nominated as portuguese Army’s Chief of Staff, announcing the strenghtening of portuguese-chinese “global strategic partnership” as his top priority.
In 2011, General Pinto Ramalho – in his official capacity as portuguese Army’s Chief of Staff – , alongside the ruthless General Liang Guanglie, a top chinese communist party’s official who was one of the masterminds behind Tiananmen Protests repression, pledged to work to help China implementing its “global strategic partnership”. General Pinto Ramalho was the Chinese Communist Party’s instrument to do in Portugal exactly the same they did in Brazil and african countries – to control the national political power starting with the military. After the military, the Chinese Communist Party moved on to interfere in domestic democratic process, supporting (directly and indirectly) politicians, gaining absolute controlo ver key national companies , dominating all the media, imposing a censorship on media coverage of China-related issues, funding universities and scholar’s research – and controlling the national intelligence services. Do not forget that brazilian militay services, especially during Lula da Silva/Dilma Rousseff’s Administrations, were trained by the People’s Liberation Army in chinese miliatary academies. The same process happened – is happening! – in a NATO’s country, so close to the United States, as Portugal. General Pinto Ramalho is crucial to achieve this Chinese Communist Party’s goal.
Liang Guanglie, one of the criminals who repressed the Tianamen Square Protests against the totalitarian Chinese Communist Party’s regime. He welcomed General Pinto Ramalho to China and both of them pledged to work for China’s global strategy.
At the same time General Pinto Ramalho was schmoozing with the criminal chinese General who murdered young activists looking for democracy and Freedom – he was also, in contrast, attacking the United States Ambassador Thomas Stephenson calling him “ignorant” and saying that the United States did not like his person because he (Pinto Ramalho) refused to “buy the military crap the Americans were trying to sell to Portugal”.
In 2017, General Pinto Ramalho was very worried about the United States policy regarding China and Iran – Geenral Pinto Ramalho, as the portuguese socialist government in general, was very affraid to have to pick a side between China and the United States of America. They fear the United States – but they love (and need!!) the Chinese Communist Party.
Afterwards, General Pinto Ramalho was elected as Chairman of the League of Multisecular Friendship Portugal-China, a key lobby association for the China Communist Party , working side by side with chinese government (through the China’s Embassy in Lisbon). The Chinese Communist Party have several (dozens!) lobby associations and groups in Portugal, working together under the umbrella of another organization: the Union of the portuguese-chinese associations of Portugal. Each and every one of them pursue different goals – however, they always must cooperate to reach a common ground, a “harmony of common action”. Again, they mirror the organization and the very principles of the Chinese Communist Party – these organizations are not really “private associations”, but rather (and really!) Chinese Communist Party’s subsidiaries.
General Pinto Ramalho’s League of Multissecular Friendship Portugal-China is the Chinese Communist Party’s subsidiary in Portugal for lobbying the military. Most of their members are former (and current) portuguese high-rank military officers. Here is the current Boards of Directors:

General Pinto Ramalho was indicated by General Garcia Santos (one of the most enthusiastic portuguese lobbysts for the Chinese Communist Party) to become Chairman of the mentioned chinese government-controlled association. General Pinto Ramalho confirms most of the activities of the League Friendship Portugal-China are funded (and authorized) by the Chinese Communist Party, through its Embassy in Lisbon (look carefully at the expression above: “in partnership with the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China…”).
In October 2019, General Pinto Ramalho led a delegation of portuguese former military officers to China – the expenses and all the travel logistics were taken care by the then Chinese Ambassador in Lisbon, Cai Run (he is the current chinese Ambassador to Israel, which is not a coincidence). General Pinto Ramalho and the other members of the “League”’s delegation flew to China using a special private jet paid by the chinese government. They flew from Lisbon to Paris; from Paris, they flew to Shanghai and then to the chinese province of Shanxi. In Shanxi, they stayed at the Renaissance Xi’An Hotel.

At Xi’An, General Pinto Ramalho and his guests visited an exhibition about the 70th Anniversary of the Popular Republic of China’s foundation. A blatant propaganda event organized by the Chinese Communist Party, therefore.
Using a chinese government’s private jet, General Pinto Ramalho and the others members of “League of Multissecular Friendship Portugal-China” flew, on the next day, to Chongqing. General Pinto Ramalho stayed at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, the most luxurious hotel of that province, located in Jiefengbei.

In Jiefengbei, General Pinto Ramalho participated in a conference/ chinese propaganda session about the OBOR – One Belt, One Road – chinese global domination policy. General Pinto Ramalho has become a key promoter of the OBOR (chinese global domination plan) in Portugal – he is absolutely fascinated with the One Belt, One Road as a way to break the United States’ decisive role in the world.
General Pinto Ramalho was then invited to visit the Three Gorges Museum. Remeber that Three Gorges is the name of the Chinese Communist Party’s company with major business interests in Portugal, namely in portuguese energy company EDP.

General Pinto Ramalho was also hosted by the main chinese communist party’s representatives at the Guoyuan Sea Port, owned formally by a company from Singapore. The Chinese Communist PArty lobbied General Pinto Ramalho because they want to aplly the same strategy in Portugal – more precisely, regarding the Sea Port of Sines, which is (will be even more in the future) vital to export the US made shale gas to Europe and to control the Atlantic and the access to Mediterranean.
From that, General Pinto Ramalho flew over to another chinese province – this time to attend the “Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation on Cyberspace”at the World Internet Conference in Wuzhen. General Pinto Ramalho advocated that the Belt and Road Initiative will be “tremendous” for the internet security (maybe for controlling the internet at Chinese Communist Party’s behest???) and announced that Portugal signed more than 17agreements with the Chinese Communist Party’s government (under total secrecy about the content of these agreements!).
General Pinto Ramalho attended the Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation on Cyberspace at Chinese Communist Party’s courtesy. General Pinto Ramalho praised a memorandum signed by the socialist government and the Chinese Communist PArty’s government on the control of the internet and “energy mobility” – Pinto Ramalho has become one of the most vocal and active promoters of the “One Belt, One Road” (OBOR) plan in Europe. Now, the portuguese parliament – Socialist Party and Rui Rio’s PSD (center-right) party – elected Pinto Ramalho to control the portuguese Intelligence Services. A major victory to the Chinese Communist Party.

This guy is in controlo f the Committee which supposedly protects portuguese citizens’ lindividual liberties and rights against the illegitimate intrusions of individual’s rights. Yeah, right…José Luiz Pinto Ramalho is totally compromissed by the Chinese Communist Party – a lobbyst for the OBOR global domination plan cannot be heading a committee whose main purpose is to defend citizens’ rights and liberties. Simple as this!
José Luiz Pinto Ramalho flew back to Portugal (with a stopover in Paris) from the VIP Terminal of Pudong Airport, Shanghai, China – he landed in Portugal on October, 19th, 2019. This is one example of the trips José Luiz Pinto Ramalho made to China at Chinese Communist Party’s courtesy – we decided to disclose this one attending its importance to understand José Luiz Pinto Ramalho’s political standings thereinafter. Especially his devotion to the “One Belt, One Road” chinese global domination program.

General José Luiz Pinto Ramalho as President of the portuguese (a NATO’s country with an ocean border with the United States of America) Intelligence Services Oversight Committee is a major threat for portuguese citizens’ rights and liberties, for the US national security and for NATO’s critical operations. All the portuguese intelligence – including the intel shared by other agencies, mostly the US and NATO’s agencies – is now at the Chinese Communist Party’s total disposal.
No one believes that José Luiz Pinto Ramalho – who has transformed the chinese imperialist plan known as OBOR as his main life’s purpose – will ever be able to say “no!” to the Chinese Communist Party, let alone to stand up against their interests. Portugal has officially become more illiberal and more dangerous than Orbán’s Hungary. And we have the confirmation this way that Alexandre Teixeira Neto Guerreiro – Xi Jinping and Putin’s boy, former portuguese intelligence (SIED) officer, responsible for the counter-terrorism department (what a tragic joke!) – is just the tip of a much deeper iceberg…Again: Portugal is a much more dangerous country than ever has been. For the portuguese people. For the United States (attending, for instance, the Lajes military base and the shared information). For NATO. Foreign totalitarian States are ruling Portugal from within. This is not a judgment; this is a fact.
